Circolo by night

Go to the programme page to buy tickets for Festival Circolo 2018. You need a ticket for most shows. To be sure of a seat, it’s better to buy your tickets in advance via this website. You can of course also go to the festival box office on the festival site. There is however then a larger chance that the show you want to see has sold out.

We have several discount prices. For children from 4 to 12, special children’s tickets can be bought for some shows online and at the Festival box office. In addition, we offer a discount to holders of a CJP (Cultural Youth Passport). You can take advantage of this tariff at the box office if you show your pass, which is valid for one user per show as long as it isn’t sold out. CJP pass holders can also use the discount online; your card number will then be verified during the order process. If you don’t have a CJP pass, then you can buy it here! The various discounts do not apply in combination with other discounts/campaigns/arrangements.

Transaction costs
We maintain online transaction costs of €1.25 per ticket up to a maximum of €5 per order.

Payment methods
Online and at the box office, you can pay with bankcard and credit card (Visa and Mastercard). At the Festival box office and the outdoor box office for the short programme on the site, you can also pay cash. During the festival, there is also an opportunity for inhabitants of Tilburg to pay (only) at the festival box office using the local discount Meedoenregeling. This arrangement can be used to pay for all the shows, except those costing €4 or less, arrangements, dinners, parking tickets and other activities.

Give an encore
For culture lovers on a tight budget, tickets for a festival like Circolo are a major expenditure that they cannot always afford. That’s a great pity because our festival should be for everyone. That’s why this year we are offering a “pending ticket”. When you buy tickets, at the end of the order process, we ask if you’re willing to donate an extra sum of €13 for someone who can’t afford the tickets. The extra tickets then find their way to the right people via partnerships with local social organisations. You can be assured that your gift finds its way to the right place.

Pass holders
Do you have a festival, weekend or day pass? Then order your tickets per show and have the barcode of your printed or mobile ticket scanned at the venue. The pass itself does not give access to specific shows.

Admission checks
Take your mobile or printed e-tickets with you and offer them at the entrance to the venue, where your admission tickets are scanned. Each barcode is unique, so there’s no point in copying them.

Did you know that all shows during Festival Circolo bear the hallmark “language no problem”? There are no cultural or language barriers in circus theatre; Festival Circolo is for everyone. In order to realise that promise, we are eager to lower all other thresholds. That way, people with certain limitations can enjoy a whole day out without worries. All shows in the large tents are accessible with a wheelchair or guide dog. There are only a limited number of places for wheelchairs in each tent. You can buy tickets online in advance, but let us know in advance after your purchase via welkom@festivalcircolo.nl when you are coming and we’ll save a good spot for you in the tent.

Rules on ticket purchases
You can’t enter after the start of the show.
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
Children’s tickets are for children up to 12 years. In case of doubt, we may request a child’s ID. We may also request ID of student pass holders (CJP.
